As of today, the Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 6698, published in the Official Gazette dated 7 April 2016 and numbered 29677, has come into force.

In this context, data processors have an obligation to comply with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data and other legislation. In addition to compliance with the legislation, the protection of personal data is directly related to the commercial reputation and market values ​​of companies and data privacy has become vital for our clients.

In this context, as Mosturoglu | Çopuroğlu Legal Services, we have included both Turkish and EU legislation in our services regarding the compliance process regarding data privacy.

Within the scope of the Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 and other legislation and the EU personal data legislation (GDPR), the services we provide to our clients are as follows:
